What Services We Offer
We offer a wide range of embroidery options for our jackets. You can customize your Bennett & Bennett and Elimstat jackets with custom logos and names. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure the embroidery is perfect for you and your company. Here’s everything you need to know about embroidery services at Bennett & Bennett.
What You Need to Know
We require a minimum order of 10 jackets for all embroidery orders. These 10 jackets need to be in the same fabric series, but can include any combination of sizes.
There is a $40 one-time logo digitization charge. This charge will only apply to your first order. For the embroidery, it costs $10 per logo or name for order quantities between 10-49, or $8.33 per logo or name for order quantities 50+. If you would like both a logo and name on the jacket, it costs $20 per jacket for order quantities between 10-49, and $16.66 for order quantities 50+.
What We Need From You
You can begin the process by completing this form or sending us an email at sales@4bennett.com. We will need your company’s logo in an .eps, .ai, .pdf, or .png file type. For the best results, we accept logos up to 4” in diameter. Please also include the Pantone color number(s) that your company uses. We will match your company’s colors in the embroidery. If your company does not have Pantone color numbers, please provide us with the generic colors you would like to use (e.g., black, red).
If you would like names to be embroidered on the jackets, please include the font you would like used as well as the Pantone color number to be used for the name.
Once we have received your logo file, we will provide a sew-out of your logo on the fabric requested. We will send a photo of this sew-out to you for review. Once the sew-out has been approved, we will begin producing your order. It will take about 1 week for us to provide the sew-out. Then, once you have approved the sew-out, it will take about 2 weeks for us to process your embroidery order.
What Options You Have
We have a standard location for your logo and name, as shown in the picture below. The logo will be above the left chest pocket, and the name will be above the right chest pocket. If you are looking for a location that differs from our standard option, please contact us for more information/pricing.
We also offer the option for hot stamps/thermal printing or silk screening. If you are interested in these options, please contact us for more information/pricing.
Additionally, we offer other embroidery services and patches for large quantity orders (100+ jackets). If you are interested in a larger quantity order with additional options, please reach out to us to discuss further.
